Karela Bitter Gourd is not the most loved dish but once you understand the health benefits you will start loving it! Karela Fry is good for Heart and Skin, it is considered as one of the best anti ageing foods...so here's the recipe ....enjoy br br Recipe and Method br br Fried Karela br Ingredients : (serves 4) br br Karela (Bitter gourd) - medium size br salt - 1 Tsp ( as per taste ) br coriander powder - 1 Tsp br turmeric powder - 14 Tsp br chili powder - 1, 12 tsp ( as per taste ) br chat masala - 13 Tsp br cumin powder - 12 Tsp br oil - 3-4 tbsp br Method: br cut karela into thin chips and put it in water add 1Tbsp salt and soak it for 20min. After 20min. drain all the water remove all the water from chopped karela. Take a frying pan, put chopped karela roast it on low flame, then add oil let it cook. keep stirring and add oil as required till it gets crispier.
