SEAT Apprentice School is welcoming young people who want to become the future generation of automotive professionals. The centre is holding an open door event for anyone who is interested in attending the upcoming term to study any of the four Advanced Degree Vocational Training programmes, which are based on the German Dual Vocational training model and have been adapted to include developing skills linked to digitalisation and new technologies.br br The Apprentice School has set a registration deadline for the 2019-2020 term of June 5th. The three-year programmes are aimed at young people aged from 18 to 21 and have recently been adapted and extended. In the current term, the syllabus was increased to 5,000 hours (double the national average of training programmes in Spain), equally divided into classroom and practical hours. In addition, the number of subjects focussing on Industry 4.0 and digitalisation related technology went up.
