Shawnee Knight from New Canaan has a strong sense of social responsibility to nurture the community’s needy children. Shawnee Knight serves a number of committees and boards in and around New Canaan. She is a passionate chef who has married her love of food, charity and community by co-founding Filling in the Blanks. Shawnee’s elder son Andrew Knight attended the New Canaan High School and was an honor roll student. He is currently a sophomore at Skidmore College and is pursuing a major in business and economics. Just like his mother, Andrew also volunteers for Filling in the Blanks whenever he can.
