PKR president Anwar Ibrahim has dismissed a manuscript for a book which says that he cannot be the next prime minister and that his deputy Mohamed Azmin Ali is more qualified for the post.br br In a press conference at PKR headquarters yesterday, Anwar said Yahaya Ismail, the author of the manuscript, is a mercenary writer whose books never made it to the mainstream.br br As such, he said nobody takes Yahaya seriously and what he has written does not warrant a response.
