Don't forget to Like, Share, Comment, Subscribe and press the bell icon for instant updatesbr br Ingredients:br For Dry Masalabr 2 Dried Red Chilliesbr 5-6 Black Peppercornsbr 2-3 Clovesbr ½ tsp Coriander Seedsbr ½ tsp Cumin Seedsbr br For Masala Bhaatbr 2-3 tsp Oil br ½ tsp Cumin Seedsbr 4-5 Black Peppercornsbr 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)br 10-15 Curry Leavesbr 2 Green Chillies (slit)br 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)br ½ tsp Turmeric Powderbr ¼ tsp Asafoetidabr ¼ tsp Garam Masalabr 1 tbsp Dry Coconut Powderbr ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powderbr 1 cup Green Peasbr 1 cup Carrot (chopped)br 1 cup Tomato (chopped)br 1 cup Rice (soaked)br 1 cup Waterbr br Method: Let’s start with making Dry Masala for which add Dried Red Chillies, Black Peppercorns, Cloves, Coriander Seeds, and Cumin Seeds into the grinder and grind it properly. Next let’s make Masala Bhaat for which, add Oil in the Cooker with Cumin Seeds, Black Peppercorns, Garlic (chopped), Curry Leaves, Green Chillies (slit), medium Onion (finely chopped). Next, cook it till Onion turn golden brown then add Dry Masala into the mix with Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, Garam Masala, Dry Coconut Powder then mix it all together properly. Now add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Green Peas, Carrot (chopped) and Tomato (chopped) now mix it again and then add Rice (soaked), Water mixes them and cooks it on the cooker for 2-3 whistles. After 3 whistles and 15 minutes of cooling down, now your Masala Bhaat is ready to serve.
