Don't forget to Like, Share, Comment, Subscribe and press the bell icon for instant updatesbr br Ingredients:br For Marinationbr 12 kg Chickenbr 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Pastebr 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powderbr 1 tbsp Garam Masalabr 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powderbr 12 tsp Turmeric Powderbr 12 tsp Cumin Seeds Powderbr Saltbr 12 cup Curdbr br For Pastebr 15 Cashew Nuts (soaked)br 14 Melon Seeds (soaked)br 14 cup Fried Onionbr 12 cup Waterbr br 2 tbsp Gheebr 2 tbsp Oilbr 1 Black Cardamombr 2 Star Anisebr 3 Green Cardamombr 4-5 Clovesbr 6-7 Black Pepperbr Saltbr 1 tbsp Fenugreek Leavesbr 2 cups Waterbr br Method: Let's start with Marinating the Chicken with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Coriander Seeds Powder, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder. Next, mix all together properly then add Salt, Curd and mix it again together. Now let it marinate for 12 to 1 hour and keep it aside. Next, let's make the Paste for Curry for which add Cashew Nuts (soaked) in the grinder with Melon Seeds (soaked), Fried Onion, Water then grind it to smooth paste. Next, after 1 hour heat up the Pan and add Ghee with Oil, Black Cardamom, Star Anise, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper. Saute for few moments to which add Chicken on High flame for 5 minutes. Next, add the paste, salt (as per the taste), Fenugreek Leaves and Water mix it properly. Now let it cook on low flame for 30-45 minutes. After 45 minutes your Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
