Lawyers for Liberty adviser N. Surendran on Friday questioned the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore for refusing to issue a Certificate of Substantive Assistance that will spare the life of P. Pannir Selvam, who was sentenced to death for drug trafficking in 2014.
