(2,82 oz.) of ricebr br - 80 gr. (2,82 oz.) of sweet cornbr br - 80 gr. (2,82 oz.) of tuna in oilbr br - 2 slices of hambr br To prepare these tomatoes filled with rice and corn you must follow the next steps:br br - Cut out the top of the tomatoes.br br - Empty the tomatoes and keep the pulp.br br - Cook the rice for 18 minutes in boiling water with salt.br br - Cool the rice.br br - Cut the ham slices into squares.br br - Mix the rice with the cooked corn and the ham.br br - Fill the tomatoes with the previous mixture.br br - Cover the tomatoes with the part that was cut out at the beginning.br br - Dry the tuna oil.br br - Mix the pulp of the tomatoes with the tuna.br br - Add oil and salt when eating.
