Scuffles over extradition bill near Hong Kong’s Yau Tong MTR station between protesters and government supporters

At least three people were arrested after an angry confrontation near a “Lennon Wall” in Hong Kong’s Yau Tong railway station on the evening of July 10, 2019. Police intervened as a small group of anti-extradition bill campaigners squared off against mostly middle-aged men who voiced support for Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam. The station is near a cluster of government quarters for fire and police officers and their families.
