Occurred on July 1, 2019 Staten Island, New York, USAbr br Info from Licensor: "My girlfriend Linette and I went for dinner on the boat at the Highlands New Jersey and on our way back, around 7 pm, we were a mile away from Great Kills Harbor in Staten Island when all of a sudden water was shooting in the air from the blowhole. Then I stopped the boat to see what it was and then I realized it was a whale. I screamed out to linette that it’s a whale. Then I followed it for five minutes on the side of it close but not to close. All we kept seeing just the hump of it. Then she started breaching out of the water, we were ecstatic with excitement and couldn’t believe what we were seeing. She breached four times. It was very crazy, I've never seen anything like that and I will never forget that moment in my life.
