MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said the PAC report has clearly stated that the GST refunds was not stolen.

He said the opposition had no issue accepting the PAC’s conclusions that there had been a violation of the Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 in the channelling of GST refunds.

Speaking to reporters on Monday, Dr Wee said he had questioned Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng’s RM19bil missing claims in Parliament but received no response.
