Fishless fish will contain heme, a geneticallybr modified yeast protein that they have used tobr replicate the texture, taste and smell of meat. Impossible Foods has already successfullybr created an anchovy-flavored broth, which can bebr used to create vegan caesar dressing and paella. Fishless fish is the company’s next step inbr their goal of developing plant-based alternativesbr for every animal-based food by 2035.
