Nine months after her divorce from husband Tom Cruise, Hollywood actress Katie Holmes is reportedly dating jazz musician Peter Cincotti. Holmes and Cincotti have reportedly been spotted together regularly. Representative of Holmes, however, refused to comment on these reports.
