You'll Need:br br - 6 brown mushroomsbr - 2 tsp melted butterbr - 2 chopped garlic clovesbr - salt and pepperbr - 2 balls fresh mozzarella, slicedbr - 23 cup cherry tomatoes, slicedbr - balsamicbr - fresh basil br br Here's How:br br 1. Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and hollow them out.br br 2. Mix the butter with the garlic and brush onto the caps of the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste. br br 3. Turn the caps and fill with a thick slice of mozzarella and a few slices of tomato. Bake for 20 minutes 350 °F.
