A zesty, hearty snack that will keep your family and friends coming back for more.br br You'll Need (for 4):br br - vegetable oilbr - 12 of a green bell pepper, dicedbr - 1 onionbr - 14 oz tomato saucebr - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, choppedbr - 1 garlic clove, choppedbr - 1 tsp sugarbr - 1 tsp saltbr - pepperbr - 1 package pizza doughbr - 4 hot dogsbr - 5 oz cheddar cheese cut into finger-sized piecesbr br Here's How:br br 1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the green pepper lightly. Add the onion and tomato sauce. Season with rosemary, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer.br br 2. Pour the sauce into a casserole dish.br br 3. Cut the pizza dough in a zig-zag fashion to create four triangles. Remove the outer two triangles.br br 4. Now lay a hot dog at the bottom of each triangle and put a piece of cheese in front and behind it.br br 5. Roll the dough up to the pointy end of the triangle.
