Put all the ingredients for the batter in a large bowl and mix them until they have a smooth consistency.br br 2. For the filling, mix all the ingredients together and put them in an icing bag.br br 3. Pour a ladle's worth of batter into a pan with hot oil and use the icing bag to draw a spiral in the pancake, working from the center outwards. As it bakes, the filling will sink into the batter, so you can easily turn it over and cook the other side.br br 4. To prepare the frosting, first mix the butter with the cream cheese and then add the icing sugar. If the frosting is too thick, you can dilute it with milk.
