You'll feel so much better knowing that you're satisfying your sweet tooth with a natural snack!br br You'll Need:br br Rainbow Fruit Roll-Upsbr br - 6 oz raspberriesbr - 6 oz mangobr - 6 oz blueberriesbr - 6 oz strawberriesbr - 6 oz kiwibr - 1 tsp sugar & 1 tsp lemon juice per fruitbr br Apple-Blackberry Fruit Roll-Upsbr br - 9 oz applesbr - 3½ oz blackberriesbr - 1 tsp honeybr - 1 tsp lemon juicebr br Plum Fruit Roll-Upsbr br - 10½ oz plumsbr - ½ vanilla beanbr - 1 tsp chia seedsbr - 1 tsp cinnamonbr - 1 tbsp sugarbr - 1 tbsp lemon juicebr br Here's How:br br 1. Preheat the oven to 175°F. For the rainbow version, individually purée each fruit with 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of lemon juice in a blender and transfer to a bowl. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread thin, horizontal lines of each fruit purée one after another, as shown in the video. Cook at least 3 hours, or until dried out and no longer sticky. br br 2. Remove the paper and dehydrated fruit from the pan and cut into vertical strips of the same length.br br 3. Roll up the strips with the paper still attached. You can remove the paper when you unroll the treat to eat it.br br 4.
