You can find this recipe and the full instructions on our website or below ↓↓.br br ******************************************************br br You'll Need:br br - 19 slices of baconbr - 1 lb ground meatbr - 2 tbsp BBQ seasoningbr - 1 fresh jalapeñobr - ½ onionbr - 1 green pepperbr - 6 oz cheddarbr - 2 tbsp BBQ saucebr - 3 oz fried onionsbr br You'll also need:br br - cast iron panbr - barbecue grillbr br Here's How:br br 1. Line the pan with slices of bacon. Add the ground meat on top and press it down flat. Sprinkle the BBQ seasoning on top.br br 2. Cut the pepper, onion and jalapeño into rings and place them on top of the ground meat.br br 3. Sprinkle grated cheese onto everything and fold over the bacon slices. Brush BBQ sauce onto the entire Bacon Cake and place the pan on a grill heated to 350°F for 45 minutes.br br Garnish the tasty Bacon Cake with fried onions for the finishing touch.
