The spokeswoman said the company will "use a combination of technology, human review and reports from our community to find and remove any content that violates these policies." Recently, the e-cigarette company Juul has been accused of contributing to an epidemic of teen vaping. The company came under fire for paying popular Instagram users to promote its device.
