President Donald Trump recently said a speech to first responders and other impacted by 911. According to CNN, Trump said although he was there, he doesn’t consider himself a first responder. He said: “I was down there. I spent a lot of time down there with you." The president said this at the signing of an extension of the 911 Victim Compensation Fund. This money ensures first responders continue to get government money ot deal with their issues.
