Although I haven't lost lbs, I do believe I've lost inches...one problem...I didn't measure myself a couple weeks ago, so I'm doing that now. chest- 48 waist- 46 hips- 50 thigh- 23 calf- 16.5 bicep- 12 Let's see how it goes from here.
