br California teen Santino William Legan opened fire with an assault rifle at garlic festival in Gilroy on Sunday.br The 19-year-old was identified by police on Monday as the gunman who killed three people there, including two children.br Legan cut through a fence at the festival on Sunday evening and shot people seemingly at random with an “AK-47-style” assault rifle.br According to Reuters, Legan was fatally shot by three police officers armed with handguns.
