This is what we know so far. The police scanner said on or about 4 pm July 30 2019 that a "Man was trying to break into a Car With An Axe Near A safeway grocery store....... near 122nd & Ankany." The Man was filmed by community members as He Lay Dying while police Half Ass tried and failed to administer CPR.br They were not doing mouth to mouth or trying to provide the man with oxygen. br The Man Died at the scene. br br The shooting Happened at 120th & Ash street. Cop Watcher Robert West of Film The Police 911 has reported to me that he filmed the Axe in Question located at 120th and Ankany street.br br So apparently the Axe was dropped Near the safeway that was mentioned on Roberts Scanner Radio. My Thought are this........ was this man Armed or Unarmed with a weapon as he was shot Dead by the Police? br We know of more video evidence and Eyewitnesses!br We'll be contacting community members and supporters tomorrow and provide the people of Portland with those interviews.br There will more information about this story as it develops. We live in a society where cops “protest” by wearing shirts mocking the dying words of a Man their comrades at arms strangled to death.
