Two people facing riot charges in Hong Kong  have tied the knot at the city’s Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry. Dozens of friends, family members and supporters packed a registration room to witness the wedding ceremony for Tong Wai-hung and Elaine To on August 4, 2019.
