Researchers connected the br genomes of participants br with the types of exercise br they performed regularly. Jogging was revealed br as having the strongest br anti-obesity effect. Those who had obesity genes br and jogged showed a tendency br for lower BMI, body fat and a br smaller hip circumference. Study Authors, via Live Science Other exercises with similar br effects include long yoga sessions, br mountain climbing, both walking and br power walking and some types of dancing. The study was unable to determine the effects of some activities such as weight training, basketball and tennis.
