Luxury Department Store br Barneys Is Bankrupt.br Besides the Chapter 11 filing, the company br has announced that 15 of its stores br nationwide will shut down.br The bankruptcy news comes after it was br revealed that CEO Daniella Vitale br has been unable to find a buyer.br Affected locations include Barneys stores in Las Vegas and Chicago.br At least seven warehouses br affiliated with the luxury chain br will also be closed.br Stores that will remain open include the Barneys br on NYC's Madison Avenue and ones in br San Francisco and Beverly Hills.br According to 'The New York Post,' br the company's online platform, br Barneys.com, will also br not be taken down.br Neither will fellow website BarneysWarehouse.com.
