Preheat oven to 375° Fbr 2. In a large bowl, prepare the butter and sugar then mix them well. Then add eggs and mix again.br 3. Add vanilla to the mixture.br 4. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder.br 5. Add half of flour & baking powder to the mixture then mix well.br 6. Add the other half of flour & baking powder to the mixture, then add milk and mix well.br 7. Prepare cocoa mixture with adding cocoa and water in small bowl then mix them with mixture.br 8.
