On the seventh day of the search for the missing Irish teen, Nora Anne Quoirin, Negri Sembilan police chief DCP Datuk Mohamad Mat Yusop said they had scaled down the search area from 6 sq km to 4 sq km.
He said the police would focus the search in the revised search area this evening.
When updating the press on the operation on Saturday, DCP Mohamad said although there is no new lead in the case, they will do their best to locate the 15-year-old.
