Farmers in Haryana and Punjab have faced a lot of flack after the Delhi government blamed a large portion of the the haze on farmers burning their fields. While Dr Gufran Beig, a government scientist, said that these fires contributed 70 of the city's pollution on 6 November, some other experts have contradicting views.
