Learn how to make Delicious and Tempting Andhra Style Chilli Chicken with our chef Tarika Singhbr br br Ingredients For Marination:br (Serves 2)br br - 1 cup Coriander leavesbr - 1 cup Mint leavesbr - 12 Lemon Juicebr - 8 green Chillies(chopped)br - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powderbr - 14 tsp Cumin Seed Powderbr - 1 tsp Ginger Pastebr - 1 tsp Garlic Pastebr - 14 tsp Black Pepper Powderbr - 12 tsp Saltbr - 1 tbsp Waterbr br Ingredients For Cooking:br br - 2 tbsp Oilbr - Curry Leavesbr - 5-6 Black Peppercornsbr - 12 cup Waterbr br Ingredients For Slurry:br br - 1 tbsp Cornflourbr - Saltbr - 1 tbsp Waterbr br br Method:br br 1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, chopped green chillies, garam masala powder, cumin seed powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, saltbr br 2. After grinding, add 1 tbsp of water and grind it again br br 3. Now, take this marination and coat the chicken with it, evenly br br 4. Cover the chicken bowl and let it rest for 1 hourbr br 5. Now, heat oil in a pressure cooker, and to this hot oil add curry leaves and black peppercornsbr br 6. Stir it up and add marinated chicken in the cookerbr br 7. Fry it and keep stirring, and now add 12 cup waterbr br 8. Close the lid and let it cook on a high flame up to 4 whistlesbr br 9. Once cooked, turn down the flame br br 10. Now, to thicken the gravy make slurry using cornflour and salt and waterbr br 11. Add salt to the cornflour along with 1 tbsp waterbr br 12. Mix it, and add it inside the pressure cooker br br 13.
