Heat oil in a wok, fry crushed garlic and ginger julienne, add button red chilies and seasonings and sauces, ad fry chicken, lastly add green onion and fried peanuts on top.br br br Mongolian beefbr br Ingredients to marinate br br Undercut beef ½ kg br Salt ½ tspbr Pepper ½ tspbr Soya sauce 1 tbsp + 2 tbspbr Other ingredients br Egg beaten ½ br Corn flour 2 tbsp br Salt ½ tspbr Oyster sauce 2 tbspbr Chili garlic sauce 2 tbspbr Capsicum 1 slicedbr Green onion 2 sliced diagonallybr Green chilies 2 diagonally slicedbr Garlic crushed 1 tbspbr Oil ¼ cupbr br br Methodbr br Marinate beef sliced with salt n pepper, soya sauce 1tbsp, deep fry for 10 mins, heat oil, fry crushed garlic till light golden, add fried beef with seasonings, add capsicum , green chilies, fry for 1 min, lastly add green onion, serve immediately.br br br br Double pan fried chicken noodlesbr br Ingredients br br Tikka boti ½ packetbr Egg noodle boiled ½ packets br Cabbage cut in cubes 1 cup br Carrot cut into slices 1 br Capsicum cut into 16 squares 1 br Mushrooms 4 slicedbr Green onion sliced diagonally 1 br Salt ½ tspbr White pepper ½ tspbr Sugar 1 tbspbr Dark soya sauce 1 tbspbr Oyster sauce 1 tbspbr Vinegar 1 tbspbr Garlic crushed 1 tbspbr Oil ¼ cupbr br Methodbr br Boil egg noodles for 3 mins, drain and shallow fry in 2 batches till crisp in fry pan, heat oil in a wok, fry garlic light golden, add Tikka boti, stir fry for 5 mins, add all the veggies and fold in your fried noodles, mix quickly and serve immediately.
