Then add mango cubes and mint, mix well. In the end sprinkle chaat masala and serve.br br Fish Fry Masala:br br Ingredients for Fish Marination:br Fish ½ kgbr Paprika powder 1 tspbr All spice powder ½ tspbr Ginger garlic (crushed) 1 tbspbr Yogurt 2 tbspbr Rice flour 2 tbspbr Oil for fryingbr Coal for smokebr For The Masala:br Onion (chopped) 1br Green chili (chopped) 4-5br Tomato (boiled and chopped) 1 cupbr Carom 1 tspbr Ginger garlic (crushed) 1 tbspbr Salt, chili, turmeric as requiredbr Chaat masala 1 tspbr Lemon juice 1 tbspbr Butter 4 tbspbr Oil 4 tbspbr Onion rings for garnishbr Lemon slice for garnishbr br Method:br Marinate fish with all the above ingredients for about 3-4 hours. Then fry in a hot oil. Then in a pan heat butter and oil, add onion, ginger garlic and green chili. Fry well. Now add salt, chili, turmeric and boiled chopped tomato. Cook well. Then add carom and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add fried fish and mix well. In the end place it in a dish and garnish with onion rings and lemon slice.br br Corn and Capsicum Pulao :br br Ingredients:br Sweet corn ¾ cupbr Capsicum (chopped) ¾ cupbr Ginger garlic (crushed) 1 tbspbr Onion (chopped) 1br Mix all spice 1 tbspbr Butter 2 tbspbr Yogurt ½ cupbr Fennel seeds powder 1 tspbr Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tspbr Salt as tastebr Chicken stock 1 cupbr Bay leaf 1br Rice (boiled) 3 cupbr Oil ½ cupbr br Method:br Heat oil add onion, ginger garlic and all spice. Fry well. Then add yogurt, fennel seeds powder and salt. Cook well. Then add chicken stock, nutmeg, mace powder and boiled rice. Mix well. Now cover and cook well. Then heat butter and fry capsicum and sweet corn. In the end mix with rice and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
