Pair it with rice, naan or tandoori roti( of which you can find the link below) for a gastronomic delight.br br br Try this delicious recipe and let us know in the comment section below.br br Ingredients:br (Serves 3)br - 4 tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Rice Bran Oil br - 4 Potatoesbr - 2-3 Bay Leavesbr - 1 cup Onions (sliced)br - Saltbr - 500 gms Goat Meatbr - 3 tbsp Curdbr - 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Pastebr - 12 tsp Garam Masalabr - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powderbr - 12 tsp Turmeric Powderbr - 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powderbr - Waterbr - 2-3 Green Chilliesbr - Coriander Leavesbr br Method:br 1. Heat Emami Healthy and Tasty Refined Rice Bran Oilbr 2. Once the oil is heated, fry potatoes on a high flame until it turns golden brown and keep it aside br 3. Add bay leaves, sliced onions, salt in the same hot oil and let it turn golden brownbr 3. Now, add goat meat in the pan and let it cook on a high flamebr 4. Take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli masala, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, saltbr 5. Mix all the masala's until it forms a good liquid paste br 6. Add little water to the paste and mix it againbr 7. Now pour this liquid masala mix into the panbr 8. Cook it on a high flame till the oil starts releasing the sides of the pan br 9. Once the oil starts releasing the sides of the pan, add water along with the fried potatoesbr 10. Cook it on a high flame for the next 5 minutes and turn the flame to medium, and again let it cook for the next 30 minutes br 11. Now, after the meat is cooked, add green chillies, coriander leavesbr 12.
