This show of Lively Weekend with Host Kiran Khan aired on 24 August 2019. br br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our website: br br Haryali Steam Chicken:br Ingredients:br Whole chicken 1 -½ kgbr Hung yogurt 200 gmbr Cream 100 gmbr Green chillies 6 -7 br Coriander leaves ½ bunchbr Mint leaves ½ bunchbr Lemon juice 2 tbspbr Cumin powder 2 tbspbr Coriander powder 2 tbspbr Salt to tastebr Black pepper 1 tspbr Method:br Grind green chillies , fresh coriander & fresh mint to make a paste.br Mix all ingredients in a bowl & marinate chicken for 5 6 hours.br Cover your chicken with aluminium foil then steam for 45 to 60 minutes.br Serve with naan & Raita.br br Pesto Chicken Roll Ups:br Ingredients for pesto sauce:br Basil leaves 1 cupbr Garlic 1 clove br Pine nuts ¼ cupbr Olive oil ¼ cupbr Lemon juice 1 tspbr Salt a pinchbr Black pepper ½ tspbr Ingredients for Chicken br Chicken breast 4br Salt to tastebr Black pepper 1 tspbr Garlic powder ½ tspbr Tomato sliced 1br Mozzarella cheese 1 cupbr Oil 2 tbspbr Butter 2 tbspbr Method:br Blend all ingredients of pesto sauce to make a pesto sauce.br Cut single chicken breast in half & make a cutlet. Season them with salt, pepper &garlic powder.br Spread 1 tbsp of pesto sauce & 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese with 2 slices of tomatoes.br Make a roll & tie with toothpick.br Heat oil & butter in oven proof pan.br Sauté chicken rollups for 2 3 per side then bake it at 180°C for 12 to 15 minute.
