Harvey Weinstein's lawyer, Donna Rotunno, confirms that a New York judge has postponed the start of his trial from next month to January 6, 2020. Already indicted over two sexual assault allegations, Weinstein has been charged with two additional counts of predatory sexual assault in a new indictment.
