MANILA, Philippines - San Miguel Corp. may end up running Albay's troubled power utility, after Meralco, Aboitiz and the Lopez group dropped out of the bidding process. If that happens, San Miguel would end up shouldering the P4 billion debt of the Albay Electric Cooperative.
