Malacanang announces the creation of a new agency that will investigate the misuse of the pork barrel. The Inter-Agency Anti-Graft Coordinating Council is composed of Commission on Audit Chairperson Grace Pulido-Tan, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, and Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales.
