MANILA - Presidential Peace Adviser Ging Deles on Monday defended her office for supposedly keeping out of the Zamboanga City crisis. Deles said the OPAPP has been in Zamboanga City since the fighting broke out last week. She said the OPAPP is working to make sure the crisis will not hamper negotiations with the MNLF.
