The Senate will summon alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles, after Senate President Franklin Drilon on Wednesday revealed that he has signed the subpoena for the detained businesswoman, as requested by Blue Ribbon Committee chairman TG Guingona.
