MANILA - The National Bureau of Investigation is set to file charges against a second batch of individuals linked to the multibillion-peso pork barrel scam. ABS-CBN correspondent Niko Baua said the NBI is still waiting for instructions of Justice Secretary Leila de Lima on the filing of the second batch of cases on the PDAF investigation.
