MANILA, Philippines – The football world continues to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela with a “moment of respect and reflection” during the FIFA World Club Cup. This follows many sporting tributes that have been paid to Mandela at football grounds since his death. The tournament gets underway on Wednesday. FIFA president Sepp Blatter also paid tribute to the 95-year-old former South African president at the FIFA Headquarters in Zurich.
