The Department of Energy (DOE) is preparing measures to prevent another possible power rate hike in the summer. In an interview on DZMM, Energy Secretary Jericho Petilla said they will be looking at the results of the huge increase being implemented by Meralco this month to avoid another spike during the summer months.
