A suspected snatcher was wounded after being shot by a policeman in Sampaloc, Manila last Sunday. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage showed the victim being chased by SPO1 Oscar Flores along Dapitan Street. The policeman then shot the suspect on the foot after the latter tried to grab his gun.
