Heat oil in wok and fry chicken well. add chicken stock, hoisin sauce, chili sauce, soya sauce and sugar in a bowl mix well. Heat oil in wok, fry garlic. Add all vegetables, chicken and sauces cook well. After that add peanut and cook for 1 to 2 minute, dish out and serve.br br Homemade Chili Sauce:br Ingredients:br Whole red chilies 170 gmbr Oil 500 mlbr Salt 20 gmbr Sugar 50 gmbr Vinegar 20 mlbr Method br Boil whole red chilies for 10 to 15 minute and grind well. Add oil in sauce pan then add chili paste. After that add all spices and cook on low flame for 1 hour till oil separate.br br Sweet Chili Sauce:br Ingredients:br Thai red chilies sliced 6-8 br Oil 2 tbspbr Sugar 1 tbspbr Red chili crushed 1 tspbr Lemon juice 1 tbspbr Chicken powder ¼ tspbr Water ½ cupbr Corn flour as requiredbr METHODbr Heat oil in frying pan add thai red chilies. Add sugar, chicken powder, crushed red chilies and lemon juice in water cook for 2 to 3 minute. When boil comes mix corn flour till it becomes thick. Pour on fish and serve.br br Thai Chili Fish:br Ingredients:br Fish pomfret 3 br Garlic paste 1 tbspbr Salt as required br White pepper 1 tspbr Red chili powder 1 tspbr Soya sauce 2 tbspbr Corn flour 2 tbspbr Oil for frybr METHODbr In bowl mix all ingredient and fish well. Keep in fridge for 1 to 2 hour. Heat oil in wok and deep fry the fish.
