This show of Lively Weekend with Host Kiran Khan aired on 31 August 2019. br br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our website: br br Mandi br Ingredientsbr Mutton leg 1 br Meat tenderizer 1 packetbr Salt to tastebr Red chili flakes 2-4 tbspbr Turmeric powder 1 tspbr Whole coriander 1 tbspbr All spice powder 1 tbspbr Oil 3-4 tbspbr Red chili powder 1 tbspbr Vinegar 2 tbspbr Ginger garlic paste 4-5 tbspbr Coal for smokebr Ingredients for Rice:br Rice 1 kg br Whole all spice 1 tbspbr Green chilies 3br Oil 3-4 tbspbr Ginger garlic paste 1-2 tbspbr Salt to tastebr Red food color 1 pinchbr Ingredients for Tomato Chutney:br Tomatoes 4-5br Green chilies 8-10br Onion 1-2 br Garlic 4-5 clovesbr Salt to tastebr Ingredients for Red Chutney:br Whole red chilies 12-15br Garlic 4-5 clovesbr Salt to tastebr Ingredients for Green Chutney:br Green coriander 1 bunchbr Green chilies 8-10br White cumin 1 tablespoonbr Vinegar or lemon juice 1 tbspbr Salt to tastebr Garlic 4-5 clovesbr Ingredients for Salad:br Cucumber 2 br Onion 2 br Tomatoes 2br Method:br Apply meat tenderizer on mutton leg for 2 hours then make a paste for mandibr Add all spices with oil and ginger garlic paste and set aside br Heat pan put the marinated mutton leg . cover with lid and cook the leg for at least 45 minutes on a low flamebr Ingredients for rice br Soaked basmati rice in water for 20 minutes br Take a pan add cooking oil put 1 sliced onion fry till pink in colorbr Add whole all spice, ginger garlic paste, 2-3 green chilies, red food color and water. When boil comes add soaked rice and leave it on full flame for cooking. When the water dried left to simmer.br Tomato Chutney:br blend all things together for a thick pastebr Green chutney:br Mix all together and blend well.br Red chutney:br Blend all ingredients well.br br Mash Phareri Daal:br Ingredients:br Split black gram ½ kgbr Salt to tastebr Red button chilies 8-10br Green coriander 1 bunchbr Green chilies 3-4br Onion 2 br Ginger 1 inch piecebr Oil 4-5 tbspbr Curry leaves 1-2br Cumin 1 tspbr Method:br br Soak white lentil in water for ½ hour. Put lentil in pan with salt, red chilies and ginger julienned, cook on medium flame. When water dried out simmer for 10 to 15 minute. Remove from pan and put in pot. In separate pan heat oil, add onion fry till pink color comes. Add red chilies, cumin, curry leaves fry well. Pour on lentil.
