Crack eggs in a bowl and add icing sugar.br 2. Add brown sugar and cream, mix well.br 3. Whisk in melted butter and melted dark chocolate.br 4. Ina separate bowl mix the rest of the items together; flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and walnuts.br 5. Whisk until the batter smoothens.br 6. Pour the batter in a mold baking pan.br 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 min.br br br Basbousa:br Ingredients:br Butter 250 gmbr Sugar 250 gmbr Semolina 500 gmbr Yoghurt 250 gmbr Sugar syrup as requiredbr Flour 62 gmbr Baking soda 4 gmbr Baking powder 4 gmbr Ingredients for Sugar Syrup:br Lemon 1 Slicedbr Rose water 12 Cupbr Water 500 mlbr Sugar 1 kgbr Instructions:br 1. Ina bowl mix yoghurt, sugar and melted butter,br 2. Separately, in a bow! Sieve the dry ingredients; semolina, flour, baking powder and baking soda together.br 3. Now add the dry items in the wet ingredients.br 4) Slightly fold in the mixture.br 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for 30 minutes.br 6. Take out the Basbousa from the oven and pour the entire mixture of sugar syrup on it.br 7. Ready to serve.br Instructions for sugar syrup:br Ina pot add sugar and all the rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer for 10-15 mins, lower the heat and wait until Bashousa is ready.br br Panna Cotta:br Ingredients:br Cream 250 gmbr Gelatin 12 tspbr Sugar 50 gmbr White cooking chocolate 50 gmbr Vanilla essence 12 tspbr Instructions:br 1. Place heavy cream in a pan on medium flame.br 2. Add Sugar and stir until dissolved.br 3. Add white chocolate and mix till it gets meltedbr 4. Now add gelatin and vanilla essencebr 5. Stir for 2 minbr 6. Dish out in a mold bowl.br 7. Refrigerate for 30 min.br 8. Serve with Mango puri and Mango chunks on the top.br br Mahalabia:br Ingredients:br Milk 50 gmbr Fresh cream 10 gmbr Sugar 50 gmbr Corn flour 1 tbspbr Rose water 2 tbspbr Instructions:br 1. Bring milk to boil.br 2. Add sugar stirring until it dissolves.br 3. Add fresh cream to it and cook for a few minutes.br 4. Whisk in the corn flour mixture (prepare it earlier with water) and simmer until thickens.br 5. Next add rose water for fragrance.br 6. Turn off the flame and stir for a while.br 7. Serve it hot or cold garnished with dry fruits.
