Motorists are advised to avoid EDSA today due to a massive road reblocking project. Starting at 2 p.m., parts of the southbound lane will have roadworks which will end by 8 p.m. of Good Friday, April 18. Meanwhile, parts of the northbound lane will be repaired beginning 12 noon on Friday and end at 5 a.m. of Monday, April 21.
