Serve with sweet chili sauce.br br br br Bangladeshi fried fish:br br Ingredientsbr br Fish whole 1 kgbr Flour ½ cupbr Corn flour ½ cupbr Finely crushed corn flakes 1 cupbr br Ingredients for marinationbr br Salt 1 tspbr Crushed red pepper 1tspbr Lemon juice 2 tbspbr Green chili garlic sauce 4 tbspbr br Methodbr br Marinate fish with green chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, crushed red pepper and salt, leave it for 30 mins, mix together flour and corn flour with water into a thick batter, dip the fish in batter, coat in chopperised corn crumbs, deep fry, serve fish hot with green chili garlic sauce.
