Made from fresh garlic and soaked red chili peppers, this 'Lasun Ki Chutney' is usually served as a side dish with a meal. One can have this 'Garlic Chutney' with Sukha Bhel, Bajre Ki Roti or Masala Khichdibr br Ingredients:br (Serves 2)br - 1 tbsp Oilbr - 12 cup Garlicbr - Red Chillies (soaked)br - 12 Gingerbr - Cumin Seedsbr - Saltbr - 12 tsp Red Chilli Powderbr br Method:br 1. Turn on the flame and heat oil in a panbr 2. Once the oil is heated, put garlic in it br 3. Stir them till the garlic turns light brown and in the same oil fry red chillies which have been soaked for 2-3 hoursbr 4. Take both of them out in a separate bowlbr 5. Now, in a grinder grind fried garlic, fried red chillies, ginger and make a smooth paste out of it br 6. Remove the paste or chutney and keep it aside br 7. Now, in the same pan in which we fried garlic and red chillies, add cumin seeds and add chutneypaste to it br 8. Add salt as per taste, followed with red chilli powder and saute it for few minutesbr 9.
