There are different kinds of chaat in India, and one which is quite famous among them is Palak Chaat, which is made out of Spinach and other chaat ingredients like Green Chutney, Sev, Sweet Chutney.br br Ingredients:br (Serves 4)br - 12 cup Gram Flourbr - 2 tbsp Corn Flourbr - 12 tsp Saltbr -12 tsp Red Chilli Powderbr - Carom Seedsbr - Coriander Leaves(chopped)br - Spinach Leavesbr - Oilbr - Sweetened Curdbr - Green Chutneybr - Tamarind Chutneybr - Sevbr - Ginger Juliennesbr br Method:br 1. Take gram flour, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, carom seeds, chopped coriander leaves in a medium-sized bowl and mix it wellbr 2. Now, add water to make the batter br 3. Take Spinach leaves which have been cleansed and dried br 4. Dip the leaves into the batter. Drop it to the pan of hot oil and fry it br 5. Take the spinach fritters out in a plate and assemble it properly br 6.
